Mahamegha Bahan Aira Kharbela Swain (born 25 October 1953) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He had represents the Balasore constituency of Odisha and was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He is the founder of the new political party Utkal Bharat.[1][2]
