The 2009–10 Israel State Cup (Hebrew: גביע המדינה‎, Gvia HaMedina) was the seventy-seventh season of Israel's nationwide football cup competition and the fifty-sixth after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. It started on September 4, 2009 while the final was held in Ramat Gan Stadium on May 11, 2010.

On 11 May 2010, Hapoel Tel Aviv won the Israeli State Cup after winning 3–1 in the final against Bnei Yehuda.

As Hapoel Tel Aviv were also qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League, the runner-up Bnei Yehuda were qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League.
