The following is a list of the 151 communes of the Vaucluse department of France.

(CAA) Agglomeration community of Greater Avignon, created in 2001, also partially in the Gard department
(CAC) Agglomeration community of Ventoux Comtat Venaissin, created in 2003
(CAP) Agglomeration community of Pays d'Aix-en-Provence, created in 2001, most of it being in the Bouches-du-Rhône department
(CCPRO) Agglomeration community of Pays de Rhône et Ouvèze, created in 1993
