Robert Terrence Flagler (born September 24, 1964) is a former American college and professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Flagler played college football for Clemson University, and thereafter, he played professionally for the San Francisco 49ers and Phoenix Cardinals of the NFL.
