ACP Smart Medicine

The Physicians' Information and Education Resource (PIER) was an electronic, evidence-based, decision-support tool designed for point-of-care use by internists and other physicians. PIER was launched in 2002 by the American College of Physicians and was replaced with ACP Smart Medicine in 2013.
