Andy Leon Mulumba Kabaluapa (born January 31, 1990) is an American football linebacker for the Green Bay Packers of National Football League. He played college football for Eastern Michigan.[1] He was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers second overall[2] in the 2013 CFL Draft but subsequently signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent.
