Cecil Edward Espy (born January 20, 1963 in San Diego, California) is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues, primarily as an outfielder, in 1983 and 1987-1993.

Espy is currently on a Washington State Department of Social and Health Services' Division of Child Support Most Wanted list[1] owing $59,098 in back child support payments.
