David Thornton (born June 12, 1953) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in John Q, Home Alone 3, Law & Order and The Notebook. He is the husband of Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Cyndi Lauper.[1]Thornton played a role in The Other Woman.

Personal life

Thornton married singer Cyndi Lauper in 1991 and the couple have a son together, Declyn Wallace (b. 1997).[2]
