Discovery MAX is a Spanish television channel run by Discovery Communications and Unidad Editorial. The launch of this channel on DTT in Spain led to Canal Plus Spain ceasing the transmission of Discovery Channel Spain & Portugal due to DMAX carrying similar programming to Discovery Channel Spain & Portugal.

Discovery MAX covers similar genres like survival, kitchen, motor, wild world or crime investigations programmes, addressing mainly a young male audience.
