Grafhorst (population as of 2001: 770) is a small town about 3 km north of Kampen, in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It received city rights in 1333.

Grafhorst was a separate municipality until 1937, when it became a part of IJsselmuiden;[1] it is now a part of Kampen.
