KooGa is a rugby union clothing company, which established in 1997 in the city of Manchester, England.[4] [5] The brand opened its office in Australia in 1999.[6]

The company has a dual base, with one head office in Rochdale, England and the second based in Labrador, Queensland, Australia.[6]

Kooga Australia was on license from the UK until 2007 when they purchased the rights for the Kooga brand in the areas of Australia only.

Kooga New Zealand holds exclusive license for NZ since 2006 and reports directly to principal in UK.
