Sandra Nelson Winkler (more commonly credited as Sandra Nelson) (born December 29, 1964 in Madison, Wisconsin) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless from 1997 to 1998.[1]

Nelson has been married to producer/director/writer/actor Charles Winkler since September 6, 1998.[2][3] They have a daughter, Maya, born in 2000.[4]
