Stephen John Pisarkiewicz (born November 10, 1953) is a former professional American football player who played quarterback for the St. Louis Cardinals (1977–1979) and the Green Bay Packers (1980). Pisarkiewicz also played for Cardiff in the British league and the Dublin Celts in the Irish American Football League during the 1980s.

He is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia.
