Description
A novel about weed.

Summary
Spring, 2003: everybody is watching the War in Iraq unfold on TV; the spirit of righteous action inspires the men of C.A.M.P., California's inter-agency Campaign Against Marijuana Planting, which shattered its plant-seizure records the year this story is set. 'Green 1, Inc.' is a private-contractor firm of roughly 20 employees which the state enlists for its 'black ops' in the fight against weed; but, while its owners, a gay couple named Stem and Stone, both Army Reservists, have volunteered to go to Iraq, with an eye to international expansion of Green 1, Inc., they have unwisely left their shop to its own devices, managed by some guys who are ok and some guys who are nuts. In Stem's and Stone's patriotic absence from the company, the State Attorney in California conspires with some young investor sharks to stage a hostile takeover of the world's premiere anti-cannabis hands-on sabotage detective agency. The whole story wraps up around the time the President declares "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED".
