Excerpt: The 10th National Congress of the U.S. Communist Party and Chairman v Foster and Secretary General Browder of the U.S. Communist Party Central Committee sent a congratulatory cable to the Chinese Communist Party Central. Upon its receipt, the Chinese Communist Central immediately replied. The text of the reply is as follows: In care of the U.S. New York Workers Daily, Chairman Foster and Secretary General Browder of the U.S. Communist Party Central Committee and all delegates to the 10th National Congress: On behalf of the Chinese Communist Party Central and the entire membership, we salute the vanguard of the American worker class--the vanguard which dedicates itself to the defense of peace, progress, and democracy of America, and we wish to thank your party and the people of America for their support and sympathy for China's National Liberation War.
