Description
Description: in This Action-Packed Sequel to the Hammer and the Sword, the Army Raised By the Nephew of King Malifesh Arrives in Avnadele With the Intention of Ending the War Started By the King‘S Advisor. Each Part of the Army Lands in a Different Part of the Country and They All Head Towards Malifestron for What They Hope Will Be the Final Battle of the Conflict, But Things Might Not Work Out As They Hope Because the Chief Architect of the War Has Already Fled the Country. As They March Across Avnadele, All Those Who Originally Came From That Country Find That the Land of Their Birth Has Changed for the Worse in Their Absence, and a Few Learn That Some of the People They Have Come to Save View Them in the Same Manner As Those Who Have Enslaved Them. in Addition to These Things, Not Only Do They Have to Deal With Enemies on the Battlefield, But Also With Betrayals on Both Sides of the Conflict. Those Fighting on Both Sides Know That Casualties Will Be Many and Sacrifices Will Have to Be Made to Win the Battle, But the Outcome of the Conflict Will Mean the Difference Between Freedom and a Life of Oppression for the People of Avnadele and the Northern Lands.
