Le modble paternaliste, acceptable une epoque oh les choses etaient plus slmples, s'efface maintenant devant un partenariat au sein duquel medecins et patients prennent ensemble les dt-cisions. Ce modele, dans lequel la prise des decisions et la determination des choix sont le fruit d'un dialogue entre les midecins, les patients et les familles, a diverses implications, tant pour la profession mt-dicale que pour l'ensemble de la societe
