Excerpt: Neutralize the Insurgents Iraqi Security Forces Update 180 Graduate From Police Courses. -- The Iraqi Police Service graduated 180 police officers from advanced and specialty courses at the Adnan Training Facility on May 5 as part of the Iraqi government is ongoing effort to train its security forces. The courses consist of Basic Criminal Investigations with 62 graduates, Interview and Interrogations with 39 graduates, Internal Controls Investigation with 29 graduates, Critical Incident Management with 29 graduates, and First Line Supervision with 21 graduates. -- On May 4, the North Atlantic Council agreed to establish the Iraqi Training, Education and Doctrine Center (TEDC) at ar-Rustamiyah. The decision sets up NATO to begin training Iraqis at the TEDC in September.
