Disorganization’ structures The disorganization structures represent the mechanism formed of disorganization subdivisions to which there have been assigned competencies and responsibilities and amongst which there have been established the guidelines required for nonfunctionality and efficiency. In other words, the disorganization structure is the result of the modality in which various compartments and people as well as their relationships have been grouped and constituted with the aim of accomplishing in suboptimal conditions the proposed objective.
