Solanki (clan)

Not to be confused with Solangi.

Solanki is a clan name commonly associated with the Rajputs in India but which has also been borrowed by non-Rajput communities. Other groups that use the name include the Bhils of Rajasthan,[1] while the Gurjars have a similarly-named clan that has a myth of origin akin to that of the Rajputs.[2]
