Aguachile is a Mexican dish made of shrimps, submerged in liquid seasoned with chili peppers, lemon juice, salt, coriander and slices of onion. Fresh vegetables such as cucumber are usually added. This fresh seafood dish comes from the Northwest region of Mexico.
