Brian Garrett Johnson (born March 24, 1984 in Tallahassee, Florida) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Louisiana State.

Johnson has also been a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Baltimore Ravens.
