Diamond Match Company

The Diamond Match Company originally founded by O. C. Barber as the Barber Match Company, was the largest manufacturer of matches in the United States in the late nineteenth century.[1] Jarden is the current owner of the Diamond brand.

The Diamond Match Company operated a plant at Wilmington, Delaware, now located in the East Brandywine Historic District.[2]
