Farm to Market Road 1570, or FM 1570, is a major thoroughfare located in Hunt County, Texas, roughly along the city limits of Greenville, Texas. It is approximately 11 miles (18 km) in length and serves primarily as a route for commuters going to and from a sizeable L-3 Communications facility located at Majors Field.[1] It is signed as Jack Finney Boulevard.

The road has five lanes (four traffic lanes, plus a bidirectional left turn lane) for the approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) between US 69 and SH 34. The road has two lanes and 12' shoulders between SH 34 and SH 66. There are only 3 traffic signals on its entire length, making it the preferred route for Dallas/Fort Worth-bound commuters attempting to avoid local traffic within Greenville.

FM 1570 was designated from SH 34 east 2 miles to Majors Air Field. This route was formerly War Highway 20. In 1959, FM 1570 extended north to US 69, replacing FM 2298 on that route. In 1963, FM 1570 extended west to IH-30. In 1964, FM 1570 extended north to US 67, replacing FM 2032 on that route.
