The Kedah State Legislative Assembly is the state legislature of the Malaysian state of Kedah. It is a unicameral institution, consisting of a total of 36 lawmakers.

Members of the unicameral state legislature are called state assemblymen. The Legislative Assembly building is located in Wisma Darul Aman.

The leader of the majority party or coalition in the Assembly is appointed Menteri Besar by the Sultan of Kedah. He then appoints members of the executive council, or State EXCO, from the Assembly.
