Nalorphine dinicotinate (Nimelan), or N-allylnormorphine dinicotinate, also known as niconalorphine, is a semisynthetic, mixed opioid agonist-antagonist used as a narcotic antagonist.[1][2]

It is the 3,6-dinicotinate ester of nalorphine, and therefore the nalorphine analogue of nicomorphine.
