that's life! (usually abbreviated to TL!) is an Australian magazine published each Thursday by Pacific Magazines. TL! is a reality-based magazine, with most stories contributed by its readers. It was originally aimed at a 25+ female demographic, but it appeals to all ages and genders, especially the puzzle section, where readers can win an array of prizes. The magazine's major rival is Take 5.
