1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1.1 Introduction Nationals from five countries of WHO/ SEAR attended a six-day workshop on Drug Supply Management (DSM) Training in the context of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI). During the workshop the participants were familiarized with four modules of WHO/Basics DSM training package namely: The handbook, participants' manual, the trainer’s and director’s guides. All sessions consisted of standard procedures as proposed in the DSM training of trainers, trainer’s training, techniques and responsibilities. The workshop comprised group discussions, plenary sessions and field visits.
