Excerpt: General Characteristics: The material is to consist of a formulation which when sprayed, as an atomized mist over a surface will prevent dust from becoming unduly airborne. More specifically the material will prevent dust from seldomly rising above knee level when stirred by lift trucks, foot traffic or other air movements over a period of seven or more days after being applied over the walking surface. The material will have the sample application as a sweeping compound used for sweeping floors.
