Excerpt: General Requirements: Shall be best quality 4-ply conventional, offset sheet-fed blankets with a quick release surface. Shall be suitable for use on a Harris L-125-C offset sheet-fed press using not more than 10% isopropyl alcohol and alcohol substitutes in dampening system. Ink used will be oil based; quick set offset ink printing of a wide variety of commercial grades, offset printing papers. Holes for mounting bars will be punched by GPO.
