Excerpt: Waterless Hand Soap: The supplier will be required to supply 12 fifteen-ounce containers for practical performance and chemical tests. Also a completed Safety Data Sheet, Form OSHA-20 must be furnished. The material should b e sent to the Quality Control and Technical Department, US Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20401. The performance test cannot be conducted until the completed OSHA form is received. It is important that the material be packaged in 15-ounce containers since it is not planned to be used for dispensers but issued individually to the employees requiring it.
