Excerpt: Public Printer Michael F. DiMario has announced his intention to appoint Nadine L. Elzy as Director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity for the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). As such she will direct the activities of the Affirmative Programs and Counseling and Complaints Processing Divisions within the Office. Elzy comes to GPO from the Office of Thrift Supervision where she has served as Equal Employment Opportunity Director since February 1994. In announcing the selection, DiMario said, “Ms. Elzy brings nearly 20 years of Federal experience to this position, most of it within the area of Equal Employment Opportunity. Her numerous honors and accomplishments while on the job convince me that she will play a major role in the continuing enhancement of the equal employment opportunity program within the Government Printing Office.”
