Introduction: This document describes protocol extensions to Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) [1] to enable support for network mobility. The extensions are backward compatible with Mobile IPv6. In particular, a NEMOcompliant Home Agent can operate as a Mobile IPv6 Home Agent. The solution described here satisfies the goals and requirements identified in [11] for network mobility.
