Excerpt
Excerpt: Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon - a World Traveler for Peace. Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the international president of the Women?s Federation for World Peace, has dedicated her life to living for the sake of others. On April 11, 1960, Hak Jan Han married Reverend Sun Myung Moon. They are the proud parents of 13 children. She established the global foundation for WFWP by traveling to 113 cities in 12 countries within an eight-month period on her initial world tour. On that tour she addressed women leaders in three different languages. Mrs. Moon has now spoken in 43 countries and all 50 states here in the United States. Mrs. Moon has spoken before the General Assembly of the United Nations and the United States Congress on the importance of God-centered families. She has taken this message throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Far East. During her travels, she has taken the time to personally help thousands of families strengthen their love for each other, and has taken direct interest in numerous community service projects. Locally she and her husband have founded the Universal Ballet and the Washington Times newspaper.
