Description
Hawaii State Government Document:

Excerpt
Excerpt: Development of the Accountability Framework has been in progress since September 2002 and the framework has evolved during the course of many drafts and re-drafts, with widespread input and critique collected at key times. Thus, many persons have ?touched? the development of the current framework in some way and to some extent. Ultimately, staff of the Planning & Evaluation Office, Hawaii Department of Education, is responsible for the current document. Nonetheless, we would like to take this opportunity to provide special acknowledgments.
