Although executions are commonplace in the P.R.C., three issues make Lobsang Dondrub?s case particularly disturbing: ? The execution of Lobsang Dondrub was carried out in haste and may have profound implications for any retrial of Tenzin Deleg Rinpoche (2) (Chinese: A?an Zhaxi), a Tibetan religious leader currently under sentence of death for the same crimes attributed to Lobsang Dondrub ?
